First of all I apologize 4 the delayed reply, actually i replied at 3 pm pst but due to net problem it was not posted/updated here, later on I got busy and was not at home.

@Khanzada, in my opinion almost all BT sectors are equally good and beautiful except for the plot locations i.e. it should not be near graveyard or village. Price of 10 marla plot in sector C is between 21 to 30 lacks depending on the location. I was not interested in corner, facing park or main road plots therefore have purchased plot in a back street of Gulbhar block of sector C in 22 Lacks including transfer fee, stamp duty and agents commission etc. if you are in Lahore I suggest better to visit BT yourself n then decide. CC block of sector D location wise is also very good, 10 marla plots there are in the range of 24 to 28 lacks. Please also contact Mr. Adil Saeed of LRE who was a great help to me to buy plot.
