I need some advice for Al Rahim Homes about its location and projects. I am outside from Lahore so I have no Idea about good or bad localaity. So please give me shome honest and sincere advice

1: how its location
2: about project details and builders
3: price structure
4: Any other suitable alternate in same price
pros & cons

I would be thanks full to all those shre their valuable advice.

Dear, I think they are offering 10 Marla house for 11 Million, First time they advertised this project 1.5 months ago, now they advertised
it again, does it mean they didnt get good response???? I guess for 11 to 13 Million you can have 10 Marla house in DHA. It would have been great if they had provided location coordinates so that we can check its location on google earth.

They are offering 5 marla, double story, 4 bed house for 55 lakh. One may find 5 marla, double story, 3 bed house in Johar Town for 45 lakh

its location is behind Johar event Complex (towards johar town). I am giving coordinates for Johar event Complex below

I visited their actual site and for 5 marla I was told 65 lakh by one the reprensentative with yearly payment plan also available
