An excellent chance of investment finally came out. DHA-2 is an ideal location, being sandwiched between GT Road and Islamabad Highway.
The rate of development is on a fast track and for starting a business/renting the shops or even selling after the schedule completion, is expected to give a good profit.

The commercial area is located on the main Jinnah Boulevard which is an added benefit

Almost two years before, same shops were announced @ 20 lacs each. Draw was held and only 10% of successful candidates paid their full installments. Rest either ran away or sold their file with no profit or gain.

There is a lot of difference when it comes to shops in DHA.
What shops, the “shop a shop” towards DHA-2 extension, OR the shops in commercial area alongside the “Islamabad Highway” in sector “D” OR the “Sector commercial Area shops” OR the shops in the commercial area on the “Main Jinnah Boulevard”?
Which shops, are you talking about?
The front shops having 4 Marla area, are no less than 50 Lacs now. Some go to 80 Lacs as well.
In sector area commercial, a half built plaza on 4 Marla is no less than 1.75 Crores, just the half built structure!

Phase-II commercial plots is a very good investment. Do you think Phase-I shops is a good investment or not?

Can you please elaborate more, phase-II commercial plots are in which sector and how to proceed. Also I am looking for residencial plot of 1 kanal also in best sector on main road. Can you please guide me for this request.

I am not sure about the sector. But over all, Phase-II is better than Phase-I.
