I live abroad and purchased 10 marla plot in bahria enclave, and was very happy when read in news paper that b50,60 and 80% work has been completed. On some investigation i found out the bahria have two phases, one is original and one is new phase, all the development work is going on in original phase and new phase is not even occupied yet and it is hilly area ):, unfortunaley my plot is in this new phase (i have attached pictures of both phases), can anyone guide on prospects of this project in near future.
