I have been monitoring the price of Phase 9 file since EID and I can see lot of variation in the price. The price of Phase 9 plot was around 18.5 lac and rose to 23 lac . It than suddenly dropped back to around 20 before Muharram and now is back up to 22 Lac.
My question is why this sudden increase in the price over a period of weeks and still its not stable. Please advise in your expert optinion if you see the price dropping OR having an upward trend now . I want to buy one file but it appears to me that the plot price will drop back to atleast 19 Lac :)

It is simple matter of Demand and supply
When there are more buyers than sellers rate goes Up.
When there are more sellers than buyers rate goes Down.
