Dear CMY and all brothers,
I had purchase two files of one kanal in Khaiban e Amin housing scheme. one file cost me two million in 2005.
First, the society exercised plotting of files without our knowledge. I did not get letter about lottery and they just informed me about my plot in Q blocks(in jungle) . I did not see its future.
Second, Society asked me to give 8 lakh development charges. they also mentioned that there will be more charges in future , if any... There is no development in my society till now.
Please tell me , should I sale this plots because after 6 years, I am getting 7 laks for one file. Please CMY comment it and give me advise.

its same happened with me.i am paying development charges but can not see any development in near future.i donot want to sell in 7 lakh.the area they were showing to sell their files was not included in ballot.they kept that area for theirselve to sell later on. now sahir associates trying to sell that area by newspapers and tv ads.these r the ways people do fraud in pakistan |

I think both of you should try to approach Media with facts.

hi haji and shahbaz ssme happend with me bahi ji ma na bi 1file li hoi ti 2007 ma 13lak ki muja plot daya ha q blok ma jis ki value 8lak ha or 8lak more development charges bahi ma kaya karo muja kuc samj nai ha ra 4sal bad 4lak loss ho ra ha ab kay karo plz tell me true if haji give ur number i call u or u call it |
