Dear All,
I am seeing for quite some time that DHAI-2 Ext files at 6.5 Lacs. why the price is so low and still there are no buyers (LRE Mentions only sellers at 6.5).
How do you rate it in 10 years time?
If DHA 9 Lahore is expected to be delivered i 10 years time why not to choose DHA1?
Where can i find these files to buy?

i am also intrested to buy some files in dha2 ext.i want to do investment for 10 years for my children.i do request from mian nadeem sahib and atiq raja sahib is our decision right for 10 years time.if prices go up and development is completed in 10 years what u think what we can get after 10 years.i do request from brothers please shed some light on this project so that we could take right decision.very very thanks. |

Good long term investment. Development charges are around 15 Lac and installments will start the day you get the plot transferred in your name. |

atiq raja sahib before you were in too much favour of dha2 ext.many times u wrote in your posts in favour of dha2 ext and to read ur posts in favour of this i made my mind to buy something here for long term.now you are saying dont invest here.to read this i got worried.please tell me is there any specific reason for not to buy here.i also do request to mian nadeem sahib pleeeeese tell me in detail how is this investment for 10 years time. |

Here , in Islamabad DHAI extension files are called as DHAI tension files. |

Up to Block "K" file they have started charging development charges @ 6Lacs. But from L to T block they will start charging after many years and their rate would be more. The files in RST block are more available and cheeap but others are costly. |

Development charges for (k block onwards) are 14.65 lekh in 5 years installments.
If u have only 6 lekh in hand and can pay developemnt charges installments then go ahead otherwise if u have 21 lekh cash many better option are available. |
