I heard that on some TV chanel that phase 9 1K Balloting will be in next 3,4 months. is this true? please let us know also. that will be appriciated.

General Comment: There is one visible trend in the property market of Lahore. After some time, there is some temporary frenzy around some housing scheme/project. I think this is deliberate on part of some business interests to off load/make quick money.
So Far I have not read any serious analysis of development in DHA Phase 9 (like CYM use to do in the past). Please invest with care and do not allow yourself to be driven with such periodic frenzies. |

Aamir sahib, there is no news of DHA Phase 9 ballot. It is expected in one to two years.
