I want to purchase 10 M plot in Bahria town Sector C (nargis/IRIS/Juniper) or Overseas-B , how much will it cost me in these blocks?
wat abt transfer fee and non-constructiom charge after 3 years?
where is ur office closest to bahria town?

If you want to purchase fully developed plot having possession then In my opinion Janiper and overseas B is best and fully developed. Don,t go for IRIS and Nargis. The price of 10 Marla plot in Janiper and Overseas B is from 19 to 25 Lac depending upon location.

But if you have Budget problem then Nargis and IRIS are OK.

If you can wait and want to pay in installments then Block DD of Sector D is best having direct approach to canal. The price with installment is 25 to 30 Lac depending upon location.

Transfer Fee of 10 Marla Plot in Janiper is 73500/- and Bahria will also charge stamp duty on 10 Marla Plot which is 22000/-. so you have to pay 95500/- other than plot price.

If you will not build your home on plot within three years then Bahria will charge 2500/- rupees per month for 10 Marla after passing 03 years. But if you will not build your home on plot after passing 04 years then bahria will charge 12,500/- per month for 10 marla plot.

Thanks for your reply Shahzad - i,m planning to build home in 4-5 years time , so developed/non-developed plot doesnt matter much .... My budget is around 17 lacs - wats janiper/overseas B back end plots range?
as i heard behind them there will also be cricket stadium/Sector E - so it,s better than Iris/Nargis side , which is far from canal+villages
.

Will This 3 year period of non-building will start from date of possession or my date of purcahse?

1). 19 to 22 Lac Range for end plots
2). 3 year period starts from possession.
