Development status in Sector G-16,

Please update me with the latest development status in sector G-16. Is CDA currently doing any development over there ?

They have started giving possession, visit there office in g16 and clear your dues. We applied for possession and will get it in a week time. Development is almost complete in the phase 1 of g16. Water tank, severage lines, electric work and roads are all done near to 90 %.

G-16 is not being developed by CDA. They do have CDA NOC.
It is Ministry of Interior employees cooperative housing society.

G-16/4 is only land society have under their control.
As ususual they recently put more devlopment charges but no possession in sight.

Society is saying that they will give possession in Mrach 2012, However they been saying these sort of thing for past 3 years.
