Commercial if you are looking for rental income. Residential if you plan to live, may not be good for rental. Physically go and see the area, there are ton of options and agents will herd you where there interest is. Negotiate hard, ready to walk out of deal if they don't budge on price as agents own majority of the commercial interest. You could save at least 5-10 percent of asking price. Also go to Bahria office and ask them for available options, i am sure they will have something in that area as well. Good Luck |
