Gentlemen,
Any insider news on why there is no activity on Park Enclave so far from CDA except issuing statements like, the project will be completed in 18 months. Does CDA has sufficient funds to initiate and complete the project. i am an owner of a file in this project
Secondly does any one know generally what are the penatly charges for delayed payment of an installment for this project or in general any other project by CDA ?

I also has file and have paid one instalment. When checked with one insider of CDA, he said "there is no focus on Park Enclave" and all staff is busy in selling plots in E-11 (there is some other scheme of CDA where it is selling plots on high costs).
All the indicators indicates that there will be significant delay in this scheme.
Your second question about penalty is very important. I will try to find out and will post the answer. |

2 things went really well with this project.
1. CDA collected some money so they can have fun with it.
2. Zardari got more free plots for his buddies. |

I wonder if they allow selling non-existent plots in developed countries. Law makers should put a ban on such selling and allow only fully developed plots to be sold.
If a town builder needs money to build their project they should ask a bank to underwrite their project or to give them loan. When the builders will start paying interest on their loan they would know how to finish the project on time. This will also put scammers out of business. |
