Dear All,
I would like to seek opinion of real estate knowledge experts about the future outlook of River View Commercial in Phase VII of Bahria Town Islamabad? The 30*40 plot in the back side is coming in the range of 4 million.
I'm considering to buy a plot there and would need reliable advise to make a right decision. You may like to suggest alternate locations, if considered appropriate. My objective is to hold for 5 years and then construct for rental income.

You may have to wait for 20 years to see it matured,,,,,try to inqure about 2 Marla commercials on a good location..u may find one in this budget |

I'd need more help from you here. What is the location or best alternative to this budget. I can raise the budget to 6-7 million if it is really worth the value prposition.

Dear all,
I visited RVC a week back and I could see 2 plazas completed close to main road. A property agent is already working in one plaza.
Work has also started on a plot soon u cross small bridge.
I believe, it will be a busy place in a year time and comments of experts are requested?
Location is good as close to GT Road and price is attractive around 4 million for 5 marla.
