Dear CY sahib,
Please compare R & P blocks of phase 7. Which one has greater potential to rise after development is complete?
-P is the only block of phase 7 located on main bulevourd and also possibilty of excess from Burki road in future.
R is engulfed by Phase 6

when comparing P & R, I would say R is better than P becuase R is surrounded by phase 6 from 3 sides, golf raya, easy approach etc. Exception for those plots near or facing grave yard. |
