I am purchasing a Plot in DHA Phase 8 Block S – Near to number 544 on 70ft road through my friend.
The seller asking 1.5 lac Own.
Last installment is due in March-2013, I will have to pay 4.2 lac after every 3 months.

Please advise if this is the real market price I am paying.

@jamal. this is a good deal the location of this plot is good and it is expected that development of the phase 8 will be started in 2012 in mid or last months then this area will get sudden rise in prices.

@Jamal Sahib: S block is the only block in Phase 8 where there are no ditches. Moreover, this block is linked with Burki road and approach to this part will increase in future. There are military forms nearby and it is just matter of time that these will be converted to residential flats by army. So this block has potential. As pointed out by Just Visitor, the area will pick up, once development work is started in mid 2012 or last months.

Last point: You will be paying around 3 million plus some membership and transfer fee. If you have little more cash, then buying full cash plot is still cheaper than on instalment in Phase 8.

It seems The person is charging 2.5 lac more than market value.
Do you have S-544 for sale. if yes, I will ask my friend to contact you and freez the deal.
