I heard that BT has started work on 210 foot MB sector C....Front have eight and five marla plots.......Is this a good investment and what is good price to pay for these plots? currently on possession price for cash is around 1.25 crore for five marla???? Is it a good investment??/

Just to clear that i am talking about the new extended part of 210 feet road which will called sector E and is due to launch soon... |

it is true that the extension has started but the Sector E BM road will be 150ft not 210ft. the five marla should be bought for 100 to 110 lacs at max. |
