Now I suggest that you hire some professional advice to check the quality of the construction and installation. If you are happy with the design and you receive good technical advice, then go for it. For any of us, giving you some idea about the prices is difficult for the constructed properties. My suggestion to you is to carefully reflect and review. Then make up your mind.
Last thing to remember: The current market atmosphere is excellent for buyers and sellers are in difficult position. So you can negotiate as much as possible but remember if you think property is good, do not lose it as location is fine. |
