I have a phase ix file which I bought for 18.85 few months back. I am planning to buy a parkview file or a parkview undeveloped plot for medium term investment after it's price falls because of uncettAinty of ballot. Please advise , is it worth it or buy another phase ix which wlll now cost me
arond 24 lac. Which would be better phase ix or parkview file or undeveloped plot
