I understand you are the agent (on behalf of LRE) for IT Tower Gulberg Lahore.
If I remember well the project started sometime in 2005 or may be earlier, not sure about that.
The promise by UD was that it will be completed within 2-3 years time.
The recent photos on the UD website shows 6th or 7th floor under construction, (out of 21 floors).
There is no sign of escalator which was supposed to be the kicker for the project so the shop owners will have easy flow of customers.
Do you think UD will be able to complete the project soon? How much time do you think?
Is there any shops available on the Paradise Floor and what is the going rate per sft.
