Asalamoalikum, Hope best of health. Please update recently outcome fee for development charges i have not paid for 10 merla asking 300000, plus late fee 125000 they will relocate me be cause i am late.

Dear Mr Iftikhar
I was in contact with tham for this unjustified development charges they offered me 20% discount and not late fee I have couple of plots there so my exposure is bit more :) Alhamdolillah.
I have declined their offer as I am not sure that even after payment what next. I have decided to go to court and asked someone to get a quote from lawyers.
I am also based in Jeddah so personnaly canot follow thecase have to be dependant on some relatives.
