Can any body tell me the rent value of 25x50 full house/double story,having 3-bed rooms, in G-series sectors Like G-8,G-9 etc..of Islamabad ?

Rent of a 25 x 50 double storied house in G-8 is in the range of 35000 to 40000 per month. No idea about G-9, but appearntly it should be in the same range or perhaps a little less.
