I got all in side story of agochs11 Islamabad,first of all now it is not a cooperative housing society because at time of merger the society contacted high court because it was affiliated project,the high court gave decisions in favor of private land owners and out the cooperative housing society now agochs society is private limited company headed by malik asrar he is the active member of Pakistan people party and also take part in elections in azad kashmir and backing by baber awan and other high ups.the total members are 3200 and land is around 7000 kanal out of this 2100 kanals garbed by behria town and dha now the case is pending in court for land dispute and compensation for delay against dha,they have also started phase111 in rawat,the party is very power full,at present they are doing survey of land,got office place in g/10 the record is still with dha,they will shift very soon,with in 2 months time they will start office and than through news papers they will invite members in office and also on site and at same time shift machinery on site and start development work. |
