Aslam o alaikum,
As a member I do not agree with this policy and rather would say that it is unfair policy and a sign of favoratism. This is to benefit their own favored ones who have already been given posession of plots.
I have paid all charges for over two years but no plot is yet handed over and instead is linked with approval of revised map by CDA.
Through this forum I protest not only for delaying the handing over of plots but also for this so called "compensation policy". May I ask to whom they are going to compensate? The answer is clear! to favor their own favoured ones.
May Allah bless all of us and may Allah correct our deeds. At the end we all are answerable on the day of judgement.
May I ask the society officials when we should start protest and knock the court of law for handing over of plots.
