Gentlemen,s How we calculate depresation on new house, As I purchased plote for 50 lac and construction cost 60 lac total 110 lac, so what will
be the value of this house after 2 years.

Depreciation would be on construction cost only. estimated life 25 to 30 year, in your case based on 30 year life monthly depreciation will be 16.6K |

in Pakistan only appreciation in property has been witnesses due to high inflation & (property+construction material+services) factors.
it will always payback and will never depreciated except substandard construction and locality issues. |
