Sale of Park View File (Phase 8) and Invest in Foriegn Currency,

“””I m not investor””” - I had purchased a 10 Marla File in Ex-Park View (Phase –VIII) against 23 Lac (Cost 23.5 Lacs) keeping in view that it will be converted in plots very soon and I would be able to construct house.

After 5 years wait no output … since then daily rumors ….blah blah. I’m fully depressed and want to expel myself from this miserable situation.

Some colleagues asked to invest the money in foreign currency due to factor of Rupee depreciation.

CMY and others Please advise honestly should I stay or get rid of file..

mr shahid please keep in mind you are not in this boat alone thousands of people are in same boat with you.i remember before four years i came to lahore to buy something to make my sweat home every body recomend me to buy parkview every body said even cmy sahib also said that ballot is going to held withen three four months time and this phase will be ready to construct withen three fours times.now four years have passed and situation is infront of you.
but i will say now this is not time to sell something.you should wait 6 months more.for example if you sell your file at this time in 17 lacs and as you sell your file ballot announces then what will you do then you will fight your friends accordind to your advises i sell my files.so i will advise you dont sell your file at this time and be patient and wait for few time more.

I am in the same boat,have one 2kanal two 1kanal and three 10Marla files,will wait till April end otherwise sell them.i have made up my mind after long 5 years wait.So lets see what destiny will bring for us all.remember no one gave me any dead line for april ,I have decided it according to my circumstances.I am a house wife,just invested here for a house and kids marriages.so Mr.shahid decide according to your situation.Foreign currency or buying silver is good too.plus people are also buying IRAQI Dinar.

After wandering Lahore I still believe the existing Park-view (Phase -VIII) villas position is the best in town.

No question about the locality but proposed project keep lingering on hence no option exist except to quit.
