I believe a file in an extension of ANY PHASE is a left over case and by habit we consider it to resolve in spare time and then never get free time and resources for such issues.
Therefore I am not found of files in extensions.
I remember DHA-6 extension files were considered and taken in to DHA-7, but DHA-7 was not taken in account with DHA-8 as the area of 8 is for superior and expensive then 7. Now DHA-7 and DHA-8 extension files are pending and no one knows where these files will get adjusted.
But one thing is for sure, it is not going to be resolved in near future.
So is the case of DHA-5 extension file. Luckily it is attached with DHA-9 where DHA have land and might create a block and adjust them close to DHA-5
But future of DHA- 7 , 8 extension allocation files and PARK VIEW allocation files are DOUBTFUL therefore I am convinced and suggest to friends to sale their files in said extension and buy in coming crystal clear phase DHA-9
