Tariq, price of dha 9, 1 kanal file as of 6th jan 2012 is 23.40 lacs.. Not sure about the status but I heard there is a short-term shortage of these files due to significant price hike. May be investors holding these files to lock profits in near future. Again this may be wrong as that's how I heard from different people.. |
