Dear AA, I agree with you as far as ready plots in Sector C Bahria are concerned; in my opinion also these are a much better option. However, im just saying that comparing that to DHA 9 is like comparing apples with oranges each having its own plus and minus.
Im not such a big DHA 9 fan since i have been hearing for the past 5 years that DHA 9 will be developed in 2-3 years max. If you look at development history in DHA, it takes at least 8-10 years for a phase to be developed and livable. For example, DHA 6 was launched in 2003 and it still is in a development phase and has recently become developmental mature; similar has been the case in DHA 1-4. Why will DHA 9 be different from these phases?
The other issue is the uncertainty of plot location, which could be anywhere from next to graveyard to a park coupled with the fact that even balloting for DHA 9 has not taken place and DHA may decide to develop DHA 8 first completely that will delay the things for some years at least, though again i hear that DHA 8 will be developed in 1-2 years max; how, i have no idea :) |
