Dear Islamabad Property Experts

Can you please tell me the current value of a DHA valley plot ? Is it worth it to buy a plot at this point in time.

I know that the project has been delayed a lot but I can also see comments from people on the forum stating that some work has been started.

Your guidance and comments is appreicated

I think 5 to 7 years. You can watch utube videos of DHA Valley to see the pace of development there.

I have paid all instalments of the plot including last and final payment. My plot (05 Marlla) is located in Bogan Villa in OS Block.

At this time can i get the complete return of money which i have paid to DHA with out any profit ?

Wait for more 5 yrs.

1) What is the Current price for DHA Valley 10 marla plot ?
2) What is the expected price of the 10 marla plot when DHA valley is fully developed keeping in mind the near by properties

@ Umair,

There is no 10-marla plot in DHA Valley, either 8 or 5 marla. This is one of the reason DHA Valley is not picking up. 1-kanal could make it in better situation. DHA Valley is a very large area (equal to DHA Phase-2 or bigger, not less). But all 5 or 8-marlas.

Sirf 5 Marla & 8 Marla
Aage ki sirf Allah hi janta hai keh 10 saal baad kya ho ga.
