that is realy a good one and is there any margin in your demand, as i feel it should be 68 to 70 as i read your above mentioned rates that is 68 in U sector and for facing park i think 70 is a good price at the moment for me, and you know there is no development started and it is almost 5 year wait for next increase in purchased amount. |
