In my opinion, the offers should not be made on discussion as it gives negative or discourging impact for seller. It is good to put asking price but offers should be by phone call or email. Once deal is done final price can be made open to all. |

3-is it under cultivation?
4-hows the underground water

I believe the land has worth of 1.10 to 1.20 due to the development is going to be started soon near main khusab road. but you can double check it with the local market..
