Hi all,
I want to purchase a 1 Kanal plot in Laore for building my home i have a budget of 35 Lakh for one canal.
Secondly i want to start construction on this plot by middle of 2013.
So guys kindly recommend me any good scheme where i can get plot as per my budget

Check in State Life Phase 1 or Bahria Town. These are places where you can find one kanal in 35 lac and they are good societies as well. In Bahria it is difficult to find 1 kanal in 35 lacs but some plots are available (very few) for 35~36 lacs.

It is more appropriate to go for better place, instead of bigger one at comprimised location. 10 marla plot at wide road in Bahria Town will cost you about 25-30 lac. |
