DHA plot transfer,

pls. answer of my question. Does DHA hold the transfer of the plot if there is any outstanding payments ( Like, development charges--etc )in seller account and inform to buyer at the time of transfer of plot and file. Thanks

In DHA,Seller has to pay all outstanding balance (Development Charges etc ) which is due at the time of transfer. DHA will inform the buyer at transfer time about the remaining dues (Development Charges etc ) which are to be paid in future.
