Few months ago, I have bought this plot @ 64 lac plus transfer fee which was +2 lac.

I personally feel you bought it expensive. Since i am searching market E-43 is available for 65 lacs with lot of room for negotiation, my guess 3-5 lacs depending upon payment terms.
