I want to buy plot in Esate Life (phase II) open or transferable. Please advice if it is good investment or not and if yes, please refer me any plot and price please.

Do not invest in this society, it is a fraud. About 50 of its land is sandy and had deep dents where no housing society cannot be developed. |

Dear Mr. Fahad,
Phase one is OK and I am not offensive towards this society. I sold my plot when I came to know about reality of phase 2 and lost about 18 lakhs. I do not want loss for any other Pakistan. You can do your on research or can ask from property experts in that area. |
