Dear CMY sb, can you guide whats about price increase in DHA phase 9 , maximum expected price in next 6 months or its a time to down the increased price, please guide

Belive u r talking about phase 9 file. I believe no body can predict.
One way is to look for prices of developed plots (e.g. phase 6). The the price of phase 9 (+ development charges) will be nearly same (in today's currency)after 10-12 years (i.e. inflation adjusted). For me if i can hold the file till final development the current value is lets say 50(65-15). This assumes that the DHA prices (in general) will recover inflation in the long run.
But for that you have to hold it for a very long time which for some of us is not feasible.
