Since I have given separate contracts for structure , electric, sanitary, plaster and tiles fixation therefore expecting my expenses any thing between 1100 to 1200 per sq ft. I am using the best available Hollow Blocks in Islamabad and "A" grade fixtures.If you want to use bricks instead of blocks then you can calculate your expenses using the formula ie 8.75 bricks equal to a block sizing 8x8x16.I require some 14860 blocks against 130000 bricks for 5500 sq ft covered area. Good block would cost around Rs 45 or less.
