i m building a house anf feel every now and then that i need professional consultancy on every step. i cant trust my contractors advice. he has limied vision and i m not sure about his professional soundness or good intentions. i wish o know if there is any system of taking professional advice. if so what are the service charges i shud expect o pay?? can any body guide me
