Qasim Sahib, DHA booked one kanal plot in Phase-8 @ 55 Lacs. Currently 34.50 Lacs paid and remaining 21.50 lacs will be paid in installment (4.20 Lacs Each). You will get plot on installment from 20 Lacs own/profit to 3 Lacs Loss Depending on Location.You have to raise your budget.

Would you please clarify that if these plots are possession plots & when we can start construction on them?

Qasim sahib, The possession is not available there.It is expected you will get possession 2 to 3 years for house construction.

Its too late for construction, Can you plz give me your kind advise on State life phase 1 E block, if it is good for personal house construction & if ready for construction & what is the location value? how much will be 1 kanal plot? & if you have any with you please let me know.

Salman Bhai, I asked you if you have any 1 kanal plot in STATE LIFE PHASE 1, budget 30 lacs for personal house construction.
