Dear readers, can you please tell me what is the future of DHA Ph-6, is it better then Ph-5, or more-o-less same any idea about the time frame when it can be seen fully populated. such as Ph-4, or Ph-5.

In my opinion, Phase 6 is better planned, has better access and better amenities; however, it is much larger than all earlier phases therefore will take 2-3 years more to get completely populated. Keep in mind that construction in Phase 6 started around 3 years back even when development of the Phase had started in 2003. The point is that development does take time even when you hear ridiculous time lines in the market.
Also, since it is probably the largest phase therefore its commercial will probably become most expensive with the passage of time. |
