Some days back I met with a man who has an extensive experience of civil cases around agriculture land. I asked him about the tips while buying agriculture land so that one could avoid problems at the later stage. Here are some of the tips that I heard from him (not sure if these are valuable or accurate. I'm just sharing them):
1. After checking the papers, you must take "Qabza" of the agriculture land on Biyana. Deploy some men on the agriculture land for 24/7.
2. On transfer, ensure that Acre number is written in the Khusra. Usually, acre number is not mentioned and this lead to a confusion about the exact location of the land that you purchased.
3. Try to find witness for the deal who are neighbours. Always write more amount on the sale dead than you have actually paid.
4. Do not be an absent owner for a year from the agriculture land. AG replied on Monday, January 16, 2012 09:02 PM
