I have a plot worth 80 lac in phase 6. I intend selling it off and buy a commrcial 4 Marla in main BL of phase 6 or CCA 1 for long term of abt 4-5 years. Please advise. Wat are rates if phase 6 commercial in my budget

Chaudhary Sahib, In Phase-6 4 marla Commericial rates from 150 Lacs to 250 lacs Depending on location. (MB & CCA) If you want to switch your residential plot with 4 marla commercial in phase-6, then you have to raise your budget.You can buy 4 marla commercial in phase-7 75 to 85 lacs depending on location .

Many thanks. Are 2 Marla comm avialable in cca 1 phase 6. It means I should not switch over as I don't have that budget. Any other idea of investment or I continue holding this plot in phase 6 |

Chaudhry Sahib, In phase-6 2 marla commercial rates from 35 to 50 lacs depending on location. You can switch phase-6 plot with three phase 9 one kanal files .

I already own one phase ix file. Please suggest something else. If I combine phase 6 plot and file I can generate 10 mn. Target is 20 mn after 4 5 years
