Dear mdbaig sahib,
Sir at present, for dha 9 you can purchase a file as the site has to develop with in five years minimum. If you want to buy on ground develop plot, then go for phase 1 to 6. If you want to buy balloted plot then you must move towards phase 7 and 8.
The file for phase 9 is about 25 lacs and with transfer expanse and commission it will cost you 26.50 lacs approximately. Hope this will help you.
