Please detail, what kind of renovation you are planning like: Complete floors, plumbing, bathrooms floors and fittings, windows ( alumn or wood), doors ( solid wood or mdf), complete electrical wiring, wall plaster, electrical fittings. All these have to be answered before any estimate can be worked. Consult some architect. It might be worthwhile to completely dismantle the house sell or reuse whatever can be and build a new house . The construction of a new house should cost you about 1800/- psft of the covered area ( add the area of both ground and first floor) |
