During recent past, Bahria Town LHR has launched sectors after sector (Sector D and now Sector E) including residential and commercial plots. Whereas DHA Lahore has launched nothing new.
Do you see any relevance?
It looks as if averyone is attracted to BT and this may be a reason of DHA phase 9 price adjustment.

Dear AR, may be the charisma of DHA is diluting day by day because in new phases you purchase the plot for next generation to construct house. Now the reasonable income group, like me, interested to have possessioned plots where they can build their house within their life-spane. More so the BRAND concept is also changing their impact and generally people compare the on-ground facilities at competitive price. I personaly expect a good up-surge in quality housing societies in coming days and Bahria Town may be on top of them. |
