dear salman sb i have plot in DHA 7 IN R BLOCK.as phase 8 is getting more famous,i want to sell plot from phase and buy in phase 8.please guide is it corect decision at this time or should i wait for posession.thnx

R block is one the best block of P7. I dont see any postive reason why do you like to switch off your investment. R block is completely developed and possession may be available at any time vs development of P8 has no definite time frame. Think one more time. |

I think AR-Riyadh is right, as P-7 is at the verge of possession and it is the time to harvest the ripened crop rather than selling it. |
