Can you explain when you installment, does it mean that the installment plan with DHA. and if you dont mind telling me the original price of S 171? and installment schedule?

@ Dubai, DHA booked one plot in phase-8 @ 55 lacs, 34.50 Lacs Paid and remaining 21.50 lacs will be installment (4.20 Lacs Each after three month).S-171 (Facing Park) is demanding 2 Lacs own on original book
Fiazan Sahib, there is typing error, It is T-1777 very near to park. T-292 is available @ 55 lacs. we can arrange plot there .T171 has market worth of 55 lacs approximately |

Why the price is so high in W block? Still it is not known when the development will begin and prices are equilavent to phase 6. |
