I wish to build a plaza on my 40' * 60' Plot (10.6 Marla) plot in River View Commercial. My objective is to have the rent out at least 2-3 floors for monthly income.
I wish to seek members' view on two things:
1. Is it the right time to build in River View Commercial (Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi) as it is still not populated. Is there, or expected in next 1-2 years, any market demand in this area for rental property?
2. What is best construction type for Floor 2 and onwards. Are residential units going to be in demand or shall it be commercial as well?
