Will b visiting Lahore on 12 Feb. What will be price for buying 2 allocation files DHA Ph 9 at that time. What other amount and documents I need to bring along. I am a retired Airforce officer.

If one one have money but wooried that he might loose I am ready to sign and take the 100% loose but will share only 50% if he makes profit on DHA-9 file. Interested are requested to leave their contact number to deal.

Mr Saeed pl intimate apart from NIC what other documents I need to bring. Will Cross Cheque be acceptable? Will I need to pay the full amount at the same time. How much time will be reqd to complete the process?What time I need to arrive at your office. Will the Seller be also present? |

@Mahmood: Let an agent answer your questions. I am not an agent. NIC is enough for you and your wife's as well. if you are an overseas and have NICOP then take your passport as well. my guess is you need a bank draft or cash cheques are not used in property deals. Both buyer and seller must be present. Yes, you need to pay the full amount. It will not take more than a few hours. |

Is there a possibility to book the plots in advance by some token money tomorrow while fixing the price now and doing the remaining transaction on 12 Feb. I am presently residing in Quetta |

Dear Mr. Mahmood:
Usually in DHA files it is just a matter of 1 to 3 days (not weeks) from locking the deal to transfer and final payments. However some times the seller may be willing to give more time for final payment if he gets handsome token amount worthwhile to cover his need for the time period. In your case It may be possible that a seller of two files or two sellers of one file each be willinig to lock the deal now with a reasonable token amount and transfer on February 12th with mututal consent.
