Bahria Town Lahore is launching Sector-E on 26th or 27th of Januray. This Sector-E will be on nearly 450 acres of land which will become nearly the half of Bahria Town Lahore at this moment. This is going to be a big project and everyone is seeking to it. This is on a big land and prices are quite higher this time.
5 Marla residential plot is available for Rs. 1,375,000/- in 2 year installments
10 Marla residential plot is available for Rs. 2,500,000/- in 2 year installments.

5 Marla residential plot is available for Rs. 1,375,000/- in 2 year installments looks VERY EXPENSIVE as compared to D block or recently DHA 5 Marla for 10,000,00.
Can any expert let me know the future of Sector E and what you think about this for the investment point of views:

b: 10 years

can any body guide me if i want to do installment plan 3 years instead of 2 years of sector E.can bahria give me this favour if i do request. |

I don't think they will allow you a payment plan spread over 3 years to avoid numerous other requests like this from other potential buyers.
